Starting today (11/13/2023) the Department of Code Enforcement & Permitting now allows for online submissions and payment for Zoning permits. This will help streamline the "back end" process and will make the permitting process quite simpler for our residents. Residents may still submit a paper application in person or email the application and all related documents to communitydevlopment@northfayettepa.gov.
