We've adopted a new emergency notification system; CivicReady. This will replace the SwiftReach service used previously. This service is optional and registration-based meaning that you'll only receive alerts if you've signed up for them.

How do I register for these alerts?
Click here to register/customize your notifications. Note that you can register via text message for SMS (text) notifications only, and you can also choose to download the CivicPlus app. Downloading the app is not mandatory in order to receive alerts.
I previously registered with SwiftReach, do I need to re-register to CivicReady?
No. We've transferred your registration for you, so there's no need to register again. However, you may want to log into your account to review your settings and make any desired changes.
I'm having problems setting my current location. Help!
To correctly set your current location, start typing your address in the space provided and you should see a drop-down list populate with potential choices. Select your correct address from that list. You'll know it's correct when you see a map with a pin showing your location.
How much will this cost me?
This service is free for all North Fayette Township residents but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service provider.
If I change my mind, can I unsubscribe?
Absolutely! You can unsubscribe at any time. Just log into your account and follow the directions.
I subscribed to SwiftReach years ago and can't remember the email address that I used. How can I log in to CivicReady?
Enter the email address that you may have used; if we have it on file you'll be sent a link to access your existing profile.
