In-Person Voting

There will be multiple polling locations open on November 3, with some locations remaining closed. As of August 28, 2020, the following North Fayette Township locations will be open:

  • NFT Township Building, 400 North Branch Road
  • NFT Volunteer Fire Company, 7678 Steubenville Pike
  • West Ridge Community Church, 100 Gorwood Drive
  • NFT Community Center, 580 Donaldson Road

All confirmed locations have been updated in the SURE system and voters are encouraged to use the polling place locator to verify their in-person polling location. Voters will receive mailings confirming their polling place prior to the November election.

Polling places open at 7:00am and close at 8:00pm. Anyone in line at 8:00pm will be allowed to vote.

Poll workers will be provided masks, gloves, face shields, and hand sanitizer. Additionally, there will be plexiglass at the sign-in tables. There will also be cleaning materials at the polling place, tape to mark off 6’ distances for voters waiting in line, and extra staff to help enforce the provisions. Voters will be asked to wear a face covering in compliance with the state order. Those who arrive without a face covering will be offered one.

Additional information can be found here.

Mail-In and Absentee Voting

  • In Pennsylvania, you can choose to vote by mail by requesting an absentee or mail-in ballot.
  • Absentee ballot: If you plan to be out of the municipality on election day, or if you have a disability or illness, you should request this ballot which requires you to list a reason for your ballot.
  • Mail-in ballot:  Any voter may apply for a mail-in ballot. There is no reason needed.
