January 27th Zoning Hearing Board Meeting Cancelation

The Zoning Hearing Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 27, 2022, has been canceled. The sole item on the agenda was Application No. ZHBA-2021-6, a variance request filed by Oakdale Properties, LP regarding lot size in the R-2 Zoning District on property located at One Prion Drive & Whittengale Road (Allegheny County Parcel ID Nos. 586-L-1 and 493-N-2). The applicant has withdrawn the request for a variance.

At this time no further applications have been submitted to the Township for this property.
