Call for a motion to approve Bond Reduction No. 8, a request of Bateman NFIA and Associates, LLC, to reduce the performance bond for the North Fayette Business Park, Phase 1 – Common Improvements, project from $2,350,442.94 to $2,181,947.76, as recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.

23.II.

Call for a motion to adopt Resolution No. 28-22, granting preliminary and final approval, with conditions, of the Skarupa Lot Line Consolidation Plan land development application.

Call for a motion to adopt Resolution No. 29-22, granting preliminary and final approval, with conditions, of the A&E Land Development Consolidation Plan No. 2 land development application.

23.IV.

Call for a motion to adopt Resolution No. 30-22, granting preliminary and final approval, with conditions, of the Nappie’s Food Service – Phase 5 site plan land development application.

Call for a motion to publish a Legal Notice providing Public Notice that on August 9, 2022, at 7:00 PM, the Board of Supervisors shall hold a Public Hearing(s) to accept public comment on Ordinance No. 499, Ordinance No. 500, and Ordinance No. 503, all proposed amendments to the Township Zoning Ordinance; and Ordinance No. 504, a proposed amendment to the Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.

Call for a motion to authorize payment to Bodnar Real Estate Services, Inc., in the amount of $1,350.00 for appraisal services associated with the Summit Park Complete Street Project.

Call for a motion to authorize the publication of a legal notice providing public notice that at its meeting on August 9, 2022, at 7:00 P.M., the Board of Supervisors will meet to consider and may enact Ordinance No. 496, an ordinance amending Chapter 7, Part 1 of the Township Code of Ordinances to authorize reimbursement of certain costs and establishing protocols for addressing false emergency alarms.

Call for a motion to approve application EEA-2022-7, an easement encroachment agreement requested by Rebecca McDade, property owner at 125 Horseshoe Drive, County Tax Parcel I.D. No. 798-C-23, to allow for construction of a pool and fence over, upon and across portions of the Storm Sewer and Sanitary Sewer easement located on the rear of the property, and to authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute said agreement.

Call for a motion to approve application EEA-2022-8, an easement encroachment agreement requested by Shawn James and Kathy McKay property owner at 128 Anchor Court, County Tax Parcel I.D. No. 913-S-37, to allow for the construction of a fence over, upon and across portions of the Storm Sewer and Sanitary Sewer easement located on the rear of the property, and to authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute said agreement.
