Call for a motion to authorize payment to Sam’s Club in the amount of $900.00 and execution of a ROW associated with the Summit Park Complete Street Project.

18.II.

Call for a motion to authorize payment to Walmart in the amount of $3,500.00 and execution of a ROW associated with the Summit Park Complete Street Project.

18.III.

Call for a motion to approve Bond Reduction No. 6, a request of Bateman NFIA and Associates, LLC, to reduce the performance bond for the North Fayette Business Park, Phase 1 – Common Improvements, project from $2,652,518.84 to $2,536,965.14, as recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.

Call for a motion to authorize the publication of a legal notice providing public notice that at its meeting on May 24, 2022, at 7:00 P.M., the Board of Supervisors will meet to consider and may enact Ordinance No. 496, an ordinance modifying the definition of yard waste.

18.V.

Call for a motion to publish a Legal Notice providing Public Notice that on June 28, 2022, at 6:30 pm, the Board of Supervisors shall hold a Public Hearing to accept public comment on Ordinance No. 497, a proposed ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map (§27-301) to rezone several parcels fronting Bateman Road from “I-1 Light Industrial” to “R-2 Suburban Residential”.

18.VI.

Call for a motion to approve application EEA-2022-4, an easement encroachment agreement requested by Timothy and Becky Colicchio, the current property owner of the property located at 413 Farmcrest Drive, Oakdale, PA, 15071, also referred to as Allegheny County Tax Parcel I.D. No 590-M-35, to allow for the construction of a above ground pool and deck; over, upon, and across portions of the 20’ Storm Sewer and Sanitary Sewer easement located on rear of the property, and to authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute said agreement, as recommended for approval by the Coordinator of Engineering Services.

18.VII.

Call for a motion to enter into a 60-month contract with Goldstar Advanced Business Solutions, for services on a new copy machine at a monthly cost of $275.00 and $.008 per black and white copy and $.05 per color copy.

Call for a motion to adopt Resolution No. 19-22, a resolution authorizing the submission of an application to the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County for a Trail Development Fund Grant for the LaFayette Trail Connector Project, as recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.
