Call for a motion to authorize the Township Manager to execute a Service Order Authorization (SOA) with the Township Engineer to provide engineering services for preparation of traffic signal permit plans and construction plans for a proposed traffic signal at the intersection of Quinn Drive and Summit Park Drive, as recommended for approval by the Director of Community Development.

Call for a motion to adopt Resolution No. 06-22, a resolution authorizing the execution of documents to obtain a grant from the Statewide Local Share Assessment program from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for the North Fayette Boulevard Improvements Project, as recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.

Call for a motion to approve application EEA-2022-2, an easement encroachment agreement requested by Timothy Ponticello and Jenna Marie Kubistek, the current property owners of the property located at 220 Saddle Ridge Drive, Oakdale, PA 15071, also referred to as Allegheny County Tax Parcel I.D. No 798-L-33, to allow for the construction of a fence over, upon, and across portions of the 20’ sanitary sewer easement located at the rear of the property, and to authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute said agreement, as recommended for approval by the Coordinator of Engineering Services.

Call for a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 486, an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 27 of the Municipal Code, regarding the Township Planning Commission, as recommended for approval by the Director of Community Development.

Call for a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 487, an amendment to the Municipal Code to abolish the Board of Appeals and to establish a Building, Fire, and Property Maintenance Codes Appeals Board, as recommended for approval by the Director of Community Development.

Call for a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 490, an amendment to the Municipal Code regarding the composition, powers, and duties of the Planning Commission, as recommended for approval by the Director of Community Development.

Call for a motion to authorize the preparation of a GP-11 permit by the Township Engineer for the replacement of Mahoney Bridge, as recommended for approval by the Township Manager.

16.XI.

Call for a motion to authorize the Township Manager to execute a Service Order Authorization (SOA) with the Township Engineer to provide engineering service for the update to the Traffic Impact Fee Program, as recommended for approval by the Director of Community Development.

16.XII.

Call for a motion to change the salary of the Assistant Township Manager, Andrew Hartwell to $98,600.00 to assume the duties of the Director of Finance.

16.XIII.

Call for a motion to ratify the agreement with Buchanan Ingersoll authorizing that Buchanan assist the Township in pursuing grant opportunities, as detailed in the engagement letter executed by the Township Manager on February 14, 2022.

16.XIV.

Call for a motion to ratify the agreement with Acuity Recruitment Process Outsourcing, to assist the Township with future hiring processes.
