Consideration of a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map to rezone 162 acres of land abutting both sides of Seabright Road, Allegheny County Tax Parcel No. 1039-B-1 (owned by the Pangeris Family Limited Partnership, a/k/a the Pangeris family farm property), from “R-1 Low Density Residential,” to “R-1 Low Density Residential” with an optional “PRD Planned Residential Development Overlay” Zoning District designation added thereto and thus overlaying the existing R-1 Zoning District designation.
