North Fayette Township has been growing at a rapid rate not only in regard to businesses, but also in terms of population.
North Fayette Township is continuing to experience growth and development. Our Township's population has grown by nearly 10% since the year 2000, but even with that increase, there still remains plenty of room to grow. North Fayette encompasses 27 square miles, and resides in an ideal location within the greater Pittsburgh area.
The purpose of the Local Economic Tax Revitalization Assistance Act (LERTA) abatement program is to encourage commercial and industrial business growth throughout Allegheny County. North Fayette Township has a LERTA District and LERTA Ordinance.
North Fayette does not have a chamber of commerce of its own, but the Township is a member of the Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce (PAACC).
