Chief Jeffrey J. Falconer – A Biography
Chief Jeff Falconer began his law enforcement career with the North Fayette Township Police Department in the summer of 1976 while attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Falconer is a lifelong resident of North Fayette Township growing up in Sturgeon and residing here his entire life. He is a West Allegheny graduate and earned his BA from IUP in 1977, majoring in Criminology and minored in Accounting and Psychology.
Chief Falconer brings over 30 years of law enforcement experience to the department. Jeff has been serving as Chief of Police of the North Fayette Township Police Department since December of 2008.
In his off time Jeff enjoys the outdoors, he is an avid hunter and fisherman.
He enjoys the shooting sports and participates in competitive Archery and Trap events on a national and local level.
You will find him on Monday nights, teaching and coaching young archers at the North Side Sportsman Association. Several of “his archers” have earned national recognition for their accomplishments.
