Senior Citizens

Our final Senior Citizen luncheon of the season is Thursday, May 24th. Doors open at 11 am at the Cornerstone at Tonidale. Lunch is served at noon. This month's menu includes: roast beef, mashed potatoes, vegetables, appelsauce, rolls and we will provide desert

 Senior Citizens enjoy monthly lunches held the fourth Thursday of the month from October to May. Because of the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, dates are adjusted November and December.

Entertainment at the lunches varies from quest speakers to school groups to games and at Halloween, an oldies dance complete with costume party.

A picnic is held in September to kick off the fall, winter and spring season and trips to shows and other recreational opportunities are scheduled at various time throughout the year.

Senior Citizens should contact Parks and Recreation to be placed on the senior citizens mailing list for a monthly newsletter outlining all activities available in the Township.
