Community Center
RENTALS
The Community Center is located at 8042 Steubenville Pike and houses the West Allegheny Community Library and the District Magistrate’s office.
The Community Center is available to North Fayette residents. It houses a community room and a gymnasium for a variety of events.
Rates for the Community Room or Gymnasium are as follows:
First 2 hours of rental is $50.00 with additional hours at $15 per hour. There is a $50 security deposit for both rooms refundable after your event.
Events can also be held in the Gymnasium which has a seating capacity of 120. No kitchen space is available in the Gym.
The Community Room has a kitchen that is available for $10
Birthday Packages- Special Birthday packages are available that allow families to enjoy one hour of gym time and one hour in the community room for the $50 rental fee plus security deposit.
All reservations are based on availability.
